Meet The Founder

A young woman with long black hair, smiling and wearing a black blazer, a watch, and a patterned dress, standing against a plain background.

For the past six years, Reagan has been a full-time mother, navigating the realities of raising children while putting her own career on pause. When she began exploring a return to work, she quickly came face-to-face with the barriers so many primary parents experience; lack of flexibility, limited childcare options, and environments that weren’t built with them in mind.

Instead of accepting that reality, Reagan chose to challenge it.

The Village was born from her belief that caregivers, especially mothers, deserve spaces that support both their ambition and their role as a parent. What started as a personal frustration has grown into a mission to create a community where connection, opportunity, and support are not the exception, but the standard.

“Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”
— The Lorax
